The Exhibits are open during all meeting times. Breakfast, Lunch, Breaks, and Receptions are key opportunities to connect with attendees and faculty at the live meeting.

** Cosmetic Meeting ONLY Supporters – You are welcome to stay in the Exhibit Hall until it closes on March 21. 

If you do wish to leave after the Cosmetic portion of the meeting, please do not dismantle prior to 2:00pm when lunch ends. Dismantle must be completed by 3:00 pm.

Industry/Faculty Dinner (time/location TBD) – Ticket required. Please check with your Event coordinator for information.

All exhibits must remain intact until after the reception on Saturday, March 21 ends at 6:30pm and may not be dismantled or removed until that time. All Exhibits must be completely dismantled by 9:00pm on March 21.
