About Dallas Cosmetic Surgery & Medicine

The Dallas Cosmetic Surgery & Medicine Meeting brings together world class faculty in the field. The newest advances in cosmetic surgery and medicine will  be covered and the hot topics and controversies in the industry will be discussed. Meeting format will include presentations, panel discussions, live demonstration, prerecorded video and Q+A sessions with audience participation. This meeting is separated into two programs with the first day focused on Cosmetic Medicine and the second day focused on Cosmetic Surgery.  The objectives of the meeting will be to teach physicians and residents to perform best practice,  safe, reproducible, aesthetic results in cosmetic medicine and surgery.

Cosmetic Medicine Program – Day 1 – Wednesday, February  28

This portion of the program will highlight  innovations and  new technology as well as patient safety in lasers, IPL, vaginal rejuvenation, noninvasive fat removal and skin tightening, cellulite  fixes/ solutions, as well as new HA fillers and advances in  skin care.

Cosmetic Surgery Program – Day 2 – Thursday, March 1

This portion of the program will include the latest techniques and advances in cosmetic surgery including facial, breast and body contouring procedures.  The fresh cadaver lab will allow the participant to learn new techniques and technology directly from the experts. Attendees will have a full review of the anatomy and obtain hands on experience performing facial operations.

Purpose and Content

Attendees will become familiar with the latest techniques and advances in the field. The focus will be on controversies and advances in facial, breast and body contouring procedures, to include the use of fat for augmenting the face, breast and buttock. Interactive discussion on surgical and nonsurgical options for facial rejuvenation, and procedures such as autologous fat use and fat grafting.  An edited live video demonstration of the use of injectables, including new products on the market will allow for a broad overview of products, facial analysis, and technique. The optional cadaver course,  exclusively for day 2 participants, will include one-on-one instruction from leading cosmetic surgeons on the cutting edge techniques in the field.
